With spring migrants arriving daily here in the Hudson Valley, it's a reminder that our exciting Annual Putnam Highlands Audubon Birdathon is just a week away! We count on your support for our bird conservation work!

Birdathon is your local Putnam Highlands Audubon Society’s fundraising appeal, providing us with nearly all of our operating funds. 

On May 11th and 12th for 24 hours our teams will seek out as many bird species as possible, surveying from Long Island to the Catskills! Our birders are again dedicating their efforts to the memory of three stalwarts: Jim and Doug Rod and Marty McGuire.  Read More
